Big Basin Redwoods State Park, California's oldest state park, offers the largest continuous stand of ancient coastal redwoods south of San Francisco, with hiking, biking and equestrian trails, picnic areas, campgrounds and 80 miles of trails. Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park contains a centuries-old Redwood Grove and a self-guided nature path.
